the location is superb i found the hotel impeccably clean enough space was provided in my room the around-the-clock reception gave me such reassurance. i appreciated the proximity to local attractions it made exploring the area effortlessly easy a good breakfast presented various choices. the staff displayed really good friendliness assisting with my needs i needed.

my room was a tad too warm for my comfort i found it a minor inconvenience.

I appreciated the superb location. It was just a short walk from the main square. the bedroom felt spacious and was well laid-out. the breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety offered.

The bed was a bit low, and the pillows offered NO support, even when i asked for extras. the bathroom felt a bit small. The hairdryer was awkwardly placed. we took a drink from the mini bar, but it was never replenished. A bottle opener was not supplied either.

I stayed in a superior room. It was quite clean. daily cleaning was done, i noted. the hotel booked a trip to auschwitz directly at reception. They prepared lunchboxes.

the breakfast was basic. i noted no decaf coffee was available. options were limited.
